Stumbled across a nice collection of the best sci-fi books as determined by reddit and its readers. I can personally recommend Snow Crash as it was my introduction to Neal Stephenson (special thanks to Mr Michael Bixler for that one). I eventually read several other Stephenson books after that.Up until the Baroque series. Cryptonomicon et al. Of course, Neuromancer was great as well.
That book served to spark a period where I read constantly. Now, not so much but I am starting to get back to reading. If I can stay on it… this list will surely lead me to more great reads.
from the article:
Recently, someone asked Reddit for a list of the best science fiction books of all time. Being a fan of sci-fi, and wanting to expand my own reading list, I thought it would be helpful to tally the results and preserve them here for future reference.
