not. to be crude, but good lord!

i mean really… buffalo meat loaf on a freshly toasted bun. with mushrooms and grilled onions.  holy shit in the moonlight night.

great sandwich. arrived at the bar on my third beer. the Wittekerke is quickly drained. the @Sharp_Edge mystery beer is eh… not disgusting but too malt dependent to matter. the follow up (my third) is the Weinhenstephan original. hey… pretty good.

 

it went well with the sandwich. i take my last bite thinking of all that cheese. it hung over the edges of the bun. it’s what I noticed first. Then the greens. the field greens overflowing but i learned that under the greens and resting on the cheese was a pile of freshly grilled buffalo meatloaf. nestled next to thick, greasy fries.

the sandwich is worth whatever obstacle you need to overcome. get here. eat it.  know what I am telling you is the truth.
